Hi, I'm Angel. For every new client I start with a Deep Clean billed hourly ($50/hr, 3-hour minimum) so I can see exactly what I'm dealing with — no surprises and no lowball quotes that turn into headaches. I arrive, walk through, give a rough time estimate, then bill by the actual hours worked. Once your place is sparkling, we decide together whether to keep it hourly or lock in a flat recurring rate.

Transparently. New-client Deep Cleans are hourly ($50/hr, 3-hour minimum, 4–6+ hours typical). After your first visit, ongoing service is either hourly ($50/hr) or a flat recurring rate of $150–$200 per visit (1,200–2,000 sq ft) with a recurring discount built in. Move-in/out is $250–$500+ or hourly; post-event recovery is $160–$350 or hourly. Add-ons (laundry, organization, aquariums, car detailing, etc.) and a 10–20% adjustment for homes with pets or kids may apply. The on-site estimate is always confirmed before I begin.

There is a 2-hour minimum on all visits (3-hour minimum for a new-client deep clean). Cancellations are free with 48 hours notice. I bring my own professional supplies and equipment unless you prefer I use yours. Final pricing is always confirmed after the initial walkthrough.

Use the booking form on this site: choose a service, your service area, and a date and time. You will get a reservation ID (for example, AE-5042) right away. I confirm, then dispatch — and you can follow each step live on this site. For a home I have not cleaned before, I do a quick walkthrough and confirm the price before I start, so you are never billed a surprise.

A deposit reserves your date; the balance is settled after the visit based on the actual hours worked or your agreed flat recurring rate. I accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) securely through Stripe — no card details are ever stored on this website.

No. Many clients leave access details — a keypad code, a lockbox location, or where to find a key — so I can let myself in, do the work, and lock up. You are of course welcome to be home if you prefer.

Any keypad codes, lockbox locations, access notes, and per-room instructions you save to your profile are encrypted at rest and used only to complete your service — never shared. You can update or clear them anytime from your dashboard.

One-time is perfectly fine — most new clients start with a single hourly Deep Clean. If you love the result, we can set up a flat recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) with a discount built in. There is no contract and no obligation either way.

Absolutely. New Orleans homes are rich with history, custom antiques, fragile moldings, and unique layouts. You can outline your precise priorities, gate access details, or specialty care instructions in the notes section of the booking form — or save them per room in your profile — and I’ll follow them word-for-word.

I provide immediate on-demand coverage across the entire New Orleans metropolitan area (including French Quarter, Garden District, Uptown, Mid-City, Marigny, Bywater, Warehouse District, and English Turn) as well as Baton Rouge, Metairie, Slidell, Belle Chasse, Gonzales, Prairieville, Covington, and Mandeville. Typically, urgent housekeeping or errand requests can be staffed and dispatched within 2 to 3 hours of online booking confirmation. Advanced scheduling is highly recommended to secure designated time blocks during major Mardi Gras parades, Jazz Fest, and holiday hosting seasons.

When you submit a service request, a custom reservation ID (e.g., AE-5042) is generated immediately. I log progress via my internal field app, and those updates are pushed instantly here. You can track exactly when I dispatch, arrive on site, register progress milestones, and finish.

I’m fully bonded, carry double-limit liability insurance, and pass a multi-state background check, with training focused on high-end residential preservation, antique protection, and premium hospitality standards. On larger jobs an occasional vetted helper may assist, held to the same standard. (Registered clients can also request my bond certificate from their dashboard.)
