Your Privacy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
I’m Angel, the independent owner of Angel Executes LLC, a New Orleans housekeeping and personal-assistant service. I take your privacy seriously — especially the sensitive details you trust me with to enter and care for your home. This page explains, in plain language, what I collect, why, how it’s protected, and your choices. It is a summary for transparency and is not legal advice.
Information I collect
I only collect what I need to schedule, perform, and bill for your service:
- Account details: your email (used for passwordless sign-in links), and optionally your name and phone number.
- Home profile: property details (size, rooms, spaces, pets), entry/access information (keypad codes, lockbox location, access notes), and any home photos you upload.
- Bookings & requests: service type, date/time, location, your notes, and — for Personal Assistant requests — your tasks/errands, shopping lists, and any files you attach.
- Payments: your email and the amount, processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch my servers.
- Reviews & messages: ratings, review text, and inquiries you send.
- Technical: a sign-in session cookie (strictly necessary), and limited browser storage used as an offline fallback.
How I protect sensitive access details
Your entry codes, lockbox location, and access notes are encrypted at rest (libsodium authenticated encryption) before they’re stored, and are only decrypted to show to you or to the assigned cleaner for your job. Home and task photos/files are stored outside the public web and are served only to you (or, for a task, to me) through an access-gated link. Passwords (for the admin account) are hashed and never stored in plain text.
How I use your information
- To schedule, prepare for, and complete your service exactly the way your home needs.
- To send transactional emails — sign-in links, booking confirmations, and receipts.
- To take a deposit or recurring payment and keep your billing status accurate.
- To respond to your inquiries and improve the service.
I do not sell your information, and I don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Who I share it with (service providers)
- Stripe — payment processing for deposits and subscriptions (PCI-compliant; see Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy).
- SiteGround — secure web hosting and email delivery for the site and database.
- Google Analytics (gtag.js) — measures site traffic and how visitors use the site, using a first-party
_gacookie. No advertising or remarketing features are enabled, and I don’t use it to identify you personally. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
I share information only as needed to run the service, and never for advertising or resale.
Cookies & tracking
I use one strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, plus limited local browser storage as an offline fallback. Google Analytics also sets a first-party _ga measurement cookie to count visits and understand how the site is used (traffic only — no advertising cookies). A one-time on-site notice flags this and links here. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your choices & rights
You can view and update your profile and access details anytime in your dashboard, and you can ask me to access, correct, or delete your information by . Deleting your account removes your profile, access codes, and uploaded files; some booking/payment records may be retained where required for tax or legal reasons.
Data retention
I keep your profile and access details for as long as your account is active. Booking and payment records are typically retained for about three years to meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion of anything not legally required to keep.
Children
Angel Executes is intended for adults (18+). I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes & contact
I’ll update this page and the “last updated” date if my practices change. Questions about your privacy? or call (225) 800-4868.
