Terms of Service

I offer deep cleaning, recurring housekeeping, move-in/out cleans, post-event recovery, Airbnb turnovers, estate support & clearing, office custodial, errands, and personal-assistant “adulting” help. I serve New Orleans, Metairie, Baton Rouge, Slidell, Belle Chasse, Gonzales, Prairieville, Covington, and Mandeville. I’m bonded and insured; occasionally a vetted helper may assist on larger jobs.

New clients start with an hourly Deep Clean ($50/hr, 3-hour minimum) so I can see the real scope — no lowball quotes. After the first visit you can stay hourly ($50/hr) or lock in a flat recurring rate ($150–$200 per visit for a typical home). A 2-hour minimum applies to all visits. Add-ons and a 10–20% adjustment for homes with pets or kids may apply. Your firm price is always confirmed at the walkthrough before I begin.

Booking is passwordless — enter your email and I’ll send a secure link to confirm and manage your request. A $50 deposit (processed by Stripe) locks in your date and is applied to your final bill. You don’t need to confirm your email to browse or request service, but confirmation is required to finalize a paid booking.

If you choose a recurring monthly plan, it is billed automatically through Stripe until cancelled. You can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel anytime through the secure Stripe customer portal linked in your Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it doesn’t retroactively refund a period already started.

Cancel or reschedule free with 48 hours’ notice. No contracts and no penalties for recurring clients who give notice. Late cancellations or no-shows after I’ve dispatched may forfeit the deposit.

You’re responsible for providing accurate, lawful entry information (keypad codes, lockbox location, or arranging access) and for securing valuables, pets, and fragile items as you see fit. Please flag anything delicate or historic in your booking notes. I treat all access details as confidential and encrypt them at rest.

I carry liability and bonding coverage and take great care in your home. To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and I’m not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Report any concern within 48 hours so I can make it right.

Reviews you submit may be displayed (shown as your first name and last initial). By submitting a review or photo you grant permission to display it in connection with the service. Please keep submissions accurate and respectful.
